EMS-FTEP™ presents a structured program for transitioning new providers into the EMS agency. It is designed and constructed to provide both the provider and the agency with the greatest possible chance of success, by providing a framework that assures providers understand, develop, and can demonstrate those skills and behaviors that the agency considers essential. It also contributes to the ability of the EMS agency to withstand legal and administrative challenges to employment decisions, and to protect the EMS agency from liability based on claims of negligent hiring, negligent retention, negligent entrustment, and failure to train.
Cost:
After January 12th you may register individually for the:
• 2 Day Management Course $275 and/or
• 3 Day FTO Course $375
The cost includes a light continental breakfast and lunch.
